Rumor has it, Rowland will be replacing pop princess Britney Spears at the judges table this fall. TMZ reports that the songstress is currently in final negotiations with the X-Factor peeps. We hear that Kelly won’t be going solo, though. Mexican singer Paulina Rubio is reportedly joining current judges Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell after L.A. Reid’s recent exit from the show.
