Beyonce has released the trailer for the “Mrs. Carter Show,” which kicked off just last week in Serbia. Though she’s been making headlines for her numerous costume changes and revealing bodysuits, the star’s letting fans know that she’s also putting on quite the show.
The minute-and-a-half trailer starts with the Queen Bey ascending onto the center of a giant arena stage to a packed house. The show includes some of the tricks from her Super Bowl performance earlier this year, including an electric guitar with fireworks. The video also shows footage of Beyoncé performing versions of “Run The World,” “Love On Top” and “Halo.”
Meanwhile, in an interview with “Digital Spy,” Beyoncé’s celebrity bff, actress Gwyneth Paltrow says the singer is “almost done” with her album, but has “got a lot on her plate.” Beyonce’s album is expected to be released sometime this year.
A few months ago Beyonce’s publicist tried to have photos from her Super Bowl XLVII halftime performance removed from the Internet. Team Beyonce is now banning photographers from her “Mrs. Carter Show” world tour.
Jezebel reports, the photos released from Bey’s concert through news agencies are select pre-approved images snapped by a photographer hired by Bey’s team.
Sources report photo agencies have reportedly resorted to buying amateur photos taken by concert attendees, but those are hard to come by considering concert guests are prohibited from bringing cameras or recording devices into the venues.
Is this really necessary??? No one can be perfect all the time, and who wants only staged pictures of their favorite stars. I think she's going a bit far with this one.
What do you think?
