How Often Should I Clip My Ends or Get A Hair Cut?

Since the beginning of time women have loved their hair. Even The Bible speaks of our hair as our crown and glory. We love long, beautiful, flowing hair. But for some of us its hard to get our hair as long as we want it or as long as it was as children.

"How often should I get a hair cut", this is often asked by all ethnicity's. So this week I'm going to share with you my sure proof way of knowing when to get a hair cut. Now its a time tested measure that has worked for me over and over again. It requires you to have a steady hand and eye. It also only take about five seconds to perform.
First you take about five strands of hair and hold them together. Next you move the strands in your eyes view close enough to see. Last and not least you look at the ends of the strands to see if they are split. If they are it's time for a cut, if not you can wait another week.
It's as simple as that. You can  literally see the split ends. There's no special process. This is something you can check at home. The longer you wait, the more they will split. This means you will need to cut more hair off. So if you are trying to grow your hair as long as it can possibly get, you must check your ends. It wont take as long to reach your goal of long hair if you do this.

So there it is, no more wondering if its time for a cut. Now with your" Shades of Beauty" tip you can ease your mind on when it's time for a cut.
