The long awaited visual for Kelly Rowland’s “Dirty Laundry” is here!
Check out the video after the break!
A few months ago, Kelly Rowland released her single, “Dirty Laundry”, that appears on her latest project, “Talk A Good Game”.
“Dirty Laundry” has been the most talked about single from Rowland’s new project because she tells her story through song about an abusive relationship that she endured in her past, and even expresses her feelings of jealousy toward “her sister”, Beyoncé Knowles, after the break-up of Destiny’s Child.
Today, Rowland released the official video for “Dirty Laundry” and it was well worth the wait. The video was directed by Sarah McColgan and matches the emotional, dark feeling of the song as most of the shots take place in darkness surrounded by black water.
Check out the video for “Dirty Laundry” below.
Once again, we applaud Kelly Rowland for shedding light on domestic abuse as that is an issue that many women of all ages, races and cultures have faced, are facing or will face. Hopefully, someone will be able to use Rowland’s story as a catalyst to get the help that she needs.
