"Moesha" star Marcus T. Paulk has been charged with domestic violence after allegedly putting his GF in the hospital with a kick to the stomach -- and he could face up to 4 years behind bars.
As we reported, Paulk was arrested in August after turning himself in.
His GF told us it started as a verbal disagreement that escalated into a physical altercation ... and Paulk punched her in the face and then kicked her in the stomach.
The GF admits she also threw some punches, but she's the one who ended up in the hospital.
Now Paulk has officially been charged with domestic violence and battery. It's unclear why it took so long to file the case.
If convicted on all counts, he faces up to 4 years in jail.

Sometimes we're right and sometimes we're wrong but getting help from others gives you more options. It's like having a new set of eyes to see yourself through and it maybe something totally different from what you feel you should look like. Perhaps you should try a new color hair. If you want to be settle you could do some streaks that compliment your natural hair color or if you want to be bold you could do a permanent color change to your entire head. There are many options out there to give you a little spice but what's most important is that you love it. Pauly D and his baby mama are at war, TMZ has learned ... and there's a big fight over custody and cash.
Sources connected to the baby mama and baby daddy tell TMZ ... Pauly doesn't think the woman is a fit mother -- he points to the fact that she once worked at Hooters. He's also concerned because the woman, who's only 25 years old, has another kid.
Pauly and the woman, who goes by Amanda, have filed dueling court docs. We're told Pauly wants some sort of custody of his daughter -- but the level of custody is unclear. Sources say Pauly has not seen the child, who was born in May, but obviously he's looking to change that.
We're also told the baby mama is demanding child support ... and even though Pauly says he's ready and willing to step up and take care of the kid financially ... he feels like she's treating the kid like a winning lottery ticket. Exhibit A ... the woman recently posed the baby in a high chair that's covered in $100 bills.
As for how they hooked up, we're told it was one drunken night in Vegas ... but the kid isn't bringing them any closer. In fact, one source tells us they straight up hate each other.

So here's the rub. The new baby daddy is Halle's new hubby, Olivier Martinez. But there's a second baby daddy in the pic -- Gabriel Aubry, father of 5-year-old Nahla.
Nahla spends most of her time with Halle and Olivier, but Gabriel is an involved, good parent -- with a temper. Olivier also has a temper, and deadly hands.

In what could be a significant cost-cutting move, Lamar Odom has added to his obsessions -- but unlike his serious drug problem ... his newly acquired porn pal is free.
Lamar has set his sights on Tube8 -- according to his Twitter page -- a site that touts, "Everything always tastes better when it's free, including porn."
It's unclear when Lamar and Tube8 linked up, but Lamar is very fussy about what he follows. And only follows 50 celebs ... including Justin Bieber, Floyd Mayweather and the Kardashian/Jenner clan.
So for the time being, and clearly not of his own choice, Lamar has replaced Khloe with about a thousand other cool chicks.

A nocturnalLamar Odom wandered the streets of Downtown L.A. just after midnight Monday ... returning home at 6:30 AM.
According to the photo agency that took the pictures, Odom hit up Wokano sushi restaurant shortly after midnight. He stayed for only 5 minutes, according to the agency, and then meandered to a convenience store where he picked up a banana.
Odom returned to his downtown apartment building -- located about 1 mile from Skid Row -- then reemerged at 3:15AM, when he jumped into someone's car.
Odom returned again after 6AM ... presumably for some sleep.
George Zimmerman will continue to pay his estranged wife's living expenses from his legal defense fund, and he may even use money from the fund to pay her alimony if it comes to that.
Shellie Zimmermanreceived $4,300 after the couple separated for living expenses, and the money came from the George Zimmerman Legal Defense Fund. Solicitations for the fund stated that money could be used for their living expenses, but that's when they were still together.
Sources say ... Shellie is not a gold digger and only wants necessary expenses. We're told George will continue to pay her way from his fund, but the monthly amount will vary and every penny will be backed up with a receipt.
Now this is interesting. If George is ordered to pay Shellie alimony when they divorce, he is leaving open the possibility that he could pay that through his legal defense fund.
Khloe Kardashian is totally unaware her estranged husband Lamar Odom entered a rehab facility -- despite the fact she lead the charge for him to get help in the first place ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the couple tell us Khloe never got so much as a heads-up about Lamar's plans, and was completely blindsided by the report he's checked in for treatment.
We're told one big reason for that is Khloe and Lamar have not been talking at all since she issued an ultimatum last weekend -- get help or our marriage is over -- intending to force his hand on the issue of rehab.
As we previously reported ... Lamar started a treatment program last summer in San Diego, but bailed after only 3 weeks.
One source says although Khloe's been kept outside the loop this time -- she does hope wherever Lamar is ... he's actually getting professional help. Source: TMZ
Lamar Odom has finally checked in to rehab to deal with his raging drug addiction ... this according to a new report.
People.com says Lamar has checked into a rehab facility ... but does not specify when or where he started treatment.
Lamar was seen out in public over the weekend ... so the move to rehab had to be very recent.
As TMZ first reported ... the 32-year-old NBA star has been struggling with drug addiction for years, and most recently he's gotten hooked on crack. Lamar was arrested for DUI last Friday.
We already told you ... Khloe Kardashian issued an ultimatum to her husband over the weekend -- enter rehab or their marriage is over.
Kris Jennerquarterbacked the move to get attorney Robert Shapiro involved in representingLamar Odom in his DUI case for one big reason ... and it's not about the criminal case.
Sources familiar with the situation say Kris went to Shapiro because of his personal experience with drug addiction.
Shapiro's 24-year-old son Brent died of a drug overdose in 2005 -- and Shapiro has been involved with drug addiction foundations and charities ever since.
Kris wants Shapiro to not just represent him in the DUI case -- which frankly is a case that will almost certainly end in probation and license suspension -- but she wants him to become a voice, urging Lamar to seek help.
As we previously reported, Khloe and the rest of the Kardashian clan have been unsuccessful in persuading Lamar to go to rehab.
We're told ... although Kris has asked Shapiro to represent Lamar -- and Shapiro has agreed -- Robert told her he would not take the case unless Lamar is open to treatment.
Lamar has hired Shapiro in what promises to be a sticky situation. Lamar was popped early Friday AM on the 101 Freeway ... and cops believe he was under the influence of both drugs and booze.
Shapiro is known for plea bargaining. These cases are pretty standard -- he'll probably plead no contest to one count of DUI and get probation. He'll also be required to attend an alcohol ed class. And, since he refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test, he'll automatically get his driver's license yanked for 1 year. No getting around that.
This has Kris Jenner's paw prints all over it. She's used Shapiro for other legal messes in the past -- most recently Robert Kardashian Jr.'s criminal battery and theft case.
Ironically, Kris' ex-hubby, the lateRobert Kardashian, repped OJ Simpson along with Shapiro. Kris was best friends with Nicole Brown Simpson and felt OJ was guilty as sin.
