Moesha Star Charged After Allegedly Kicking GF

 

"Moesha" star Marcus T. Paulk has been charged with domestic violence after allegedly putting his GF in the hospital with a kick to the stomach -- and he could face up to 4 years behind bars.

As we reported, Paulk was arrested in August after turning himself in.

His GF told us it started as a verbal disagreement that escalated into a physical altercation ... and Paulk punched her in the face and then kicked her in the stomach.

The GF admits she also threw some punches, but she's the one who ended up in the hospital.

Now Paulk has officially been charged with domestic violence and battery.  It's unclear why it took so long to file the case.

If convicted on all counts, he faces up to 4 years in jail.

Chris Brown Incredibly There's No Fight Video

Chris Brown got into a fight last Sunday literally a stone's throw from the White House -- one of the most heavily guarded areas of the country -- yet we've learned not a single camera recorded the altercation, and in this case it could be game-changing.

As you know Chris has been charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching a guy in the face outside the W Hotel in D.C. Sources connected with the hotel say there were two cameras on an overhang but neither was trained on the fight.

What's more, although there are government buildings in the immediate area, law enforcement sources tell us no surveillance camera picked up the fight.

Police and members of Chris Brown's team have combed the area looking for video but we know they have come up empty-handed.

So why is this good for Chris?  As first reported, a secret service agent patrolling the area at the time of the fight heard the alleged victim tell a DC cop that Chris did NOT punch him. The D.C. cop has denied the victim ever told him that, but the Secret Service agent could blow up his credibility.

Short story -- advantage Chris.

Spice Up Your Life With Change

 Hello my beauties I hope you had a wonderful couple of week as I have. Its the beginning of a new season, to leaves are falling and it's time for a change. Something new to give you a fresh and  renewed look on life. Someone once told me that the only thing that is consistent in life is change. With change comes new fears of the unknown but with change also comes new experiences. This is literally a new season and what's better for a new season than I new look. Maybe you want to do something from your pass, a ponytail or if you usually wear your hair up all the time try wearing it down. This works well if you want a subtle change, nothing too permanent. Or maybe you want to add something to your look like maybe braids for easy maintenance. Whatever floats your boat as they say. Small changes like these or a drastic change depending on your personality can be a lot of fun. You can also try getting opinions of close friends or your stylist of what they would like to see on you. We often put ourselves in a box of what looks good on us, what doesn't look good on you, what your best features are or what features need to be downplayed. Sometimes we're right and sometimes we're wrong but getting help from others gives you more options. It's like having a new set of eyes to see yourself through and it maybe something totally different from what you feel you should look like. Perhaps you should try a new color hair. If you want to be settle you could do some streaks that compliment your natural hair color or if you want to be bold you could do a permanent color change to your entire head. There are many options out there to give you a little spice but what's most important is that you love it. Remember my beauties love yourselves like no one else can and you'll find what works for you. Have a wonderful day.

Justin Bieber: D.A. Rejects Speeding, Spitting Cases Calls Him Immature

Justin Bieber is in the clear ... the L.A. County District Attorney just REJECTED 2 cases targeting the singer -- the case in which he allegedly SPIT on his neighbor, and the case in which he allegedly was speeding recklessly in his Calabasas neighborhood.

As for the spitting case -- get this.  The alleged victim actually SAVED THE LOOGIE.  But that wasn't enough for a prosecution.  The D.A. says it was one guy's word against another, and Justin denied hawking a big one.

The D.A. says during the altercation, the neighbor told cops Bieber said, "I will beat the s**t out of you and I will f**king kill you."  D.A. investigators decided Bieber's actions were "disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation Bieber's actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat."

As for the speeding case, it all came down to the video tape ... which shows Justin was not even in the Ferrari in question at the time of the incident.  He was riding behind the car on a motorcycle.

The D.A. also notes Tyler, the Creator actually took responsibility on TMZ for driving the car.  So case closed.

Katherine Jackson We Proved Our Point

Katherine Jackson has a rather tortured analysis of the jury verdict -- she seems to be saying even if she didn't get any money, she still kinda won.

Katherine says, "We have said from the beginning that this case was a search for the truth.  We found the truth.  AEG hired Dr. Conrad Murray, the man who is in jail for killing Michael Jackson."

She's right to this extent ... the jury did say AEG Live hired Murray.  In fact Katherine scoffs at AEG, saying, "AEG has denied for years, and continues to deny, that they hired Dr. Conrad Murray.  The jury found unanimously that AEG hired Dr. Murray." 

But then the jury delivered a knockout punch to the Jackson lawsuit, by deciding essentially that when AEG Live hired Murray, they had no reason to believe he was an incompetent general practitioner ... which was the whole point of bringing a doctor on board in the first place.  Therefore, AEG was not negligent.

Katherine is pissed, saying, "AEG has repeated the mantra that this lawsuit was a shakedown.  Such a statement is a slap in the face of the entire judicial system that allowed this case to go to a jury."

Katherine and her lawyer, Perry Sanders, say "All options regarding the balance of the jury verdict (the ruling there was no negligence) are being considered."

Michael Jackson Death Trial Jackson Family Loses

The Jackson family just LOST their bid to hold AEG Live accountable for Michael Jackson's death.

The jury ruled AEG Live did hire Conrad Murray.  That's huge.  The jury then ruled Conrad Murray was NOT unfit or incompetent to treat MJ.   Katherine and the kids lose.

So here's the thing.  The question that ruined Katherine's case was whether Murray was competent to handle Jackson when he was hired, and the jury said he was.  Ironically, a jury in the criminal case ruled Murray then went off the rails and did things that ultimately killed MJ.  But because he was competent at the outset -- the Jackson family lost.

The jury foreman confirmed this during a post-court news conference where he said they felt Murray was competent to do the job for which he was hired -- a good general practitioner. However he added, "That doesn't mean we felt he was ethical. Had that question been in there, it could have been a different outset.
Katherine Jackson and Michael's 3 kids were suing AEG, claiming the company negligently hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray and pushed MJ way beyond the limits for his "This Is It" tour.

AEG claimed Michael hired Murray and what went on between them was a secret to all ... including AEG.

Dr. Conrad Murray Says MJ Death Verdict Vindicates HIM

Michael Jackson's former doctor and convicted killer, Conrad Murray, must be getting pretty strong meds behind bars ... because he thinks the jury in the wrongful death trial proved he's a good physician -- he's dead wrong.

Murray left a message for someone shortly after the judge announced AEG Live was not accountable for MJ's death -- and on the recording, Murray says the decision proves, "I have never been and never will be an inept physician."

Murray's missing one giant point ... which is that the jury really only said they felt he was fit to do what AEG hired him to do -- be a good general practitioner for MJ. The part about pumping Michael full of Propofol every night was never relevant to the questions the jury was asked to answer.

In fact, the jury foreman made it clear they were NOT saying they felt Murray was ethical -- and said the verdict might have been different if ethics were in play during this trial.

Nonetheless, Murray feels vindicated ... so, you gotta hear him gushing and praising God, the jury, and the justice system ... this time, anyway.

Jim Jones Busted Uptown Baby Allegedly Drove High In The Bronx

Rapper Jim Jones was arrested for cruising around high -- and allegedly at high speed -- this morning in the Bronx ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources ... NYPD pulled JJ over around 2 AM for speeding on a highway ... and when officers approached his Chevy Impala (baller) -- they say he had bloodshot eyes and looked out of it.

We're told they put Jones through some field sobriety tests ... which he did NOT pass with flying colors.

Sources tell us JJ refused a breathalyzer test back at the police station, and was booked for driving under the influence of drugs. We're told the drug is believed to be marijuana.

Jones has been busted a few other times in NY and NJ, but still can't touch DMX's stats. Nobody does.

Pacman Jones Passes Out $100 Bills To The Homeless

Good News -- Adam "Pacman" Jones dished out a bunch of $100 bills to homeless people yesterday.

Bad News -- He still owes more than $11 million to the victims of a 2007 strip club shooting that left 2 men wounded, 1 of whom was paralyzed from the waist down.

The Cincinnati Bengals defensive back tweeted about his good deeds ... writing, "I just give 15 homeless people a 100 next I'm pay for 15 mothers bills that's in need."

He added, "That's what I'm doing for birthday. CauseI'mblessed."

It's a great gesture ... we support helping the homeless ... but there's a reason the Nevada court  ordered Jones to fork over millions to the shooting victims -- they need $$$ too.

In fact, just last year, a lawyer for one of the victims told a media outlet he was happy about the ruling because the victim could use the money to buy better medical equipment.

Of course, the strip club incident is infamous -- a scuffle broke out after Pacman "made it rain" and someone in his entourage fired gunshots that struck two bouncers.

Jones denied having a role in the shooting -- but nevertheless, he's still on the hook -- and sources tell us he has yet to settle his debt.

Former Cleveland Browns QB Bernie Kosar was arrested for drunk driving in Ohio this morning, and his mug shot reveals ... a lot of scalp.

A rep for the Solon PD says ... officers pulled Bernie over at 2:52 this morning and detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from his car when they approached it.

After a series of field sobriety tests -- police hauled Kosar off to a nearby station for operating a vehicle impaired ... where he was booked and released on a $500 bond.

Burned by "The Drive" again ... allegedly.

Dita Von Teese Sues Over Hurricain Sandy Blow Me

Hurricane Sandy cost Dita Von Teese nearly $100,000 ... this according to a new lawsuit ... and now the burlesque queen is suing for what she's out.

Dita just filed the suit against Momentous Insurance Brokerage, claiming one of her strip shows in New York was canceled last October due to the superstorm ... and Momentous failed to get her the appropriate insurance to cover her expenses.

Dita claims she spent $96,920 in prep costs for the show (props, costumes, hotel accommodations, etc.) and it all went down the drain when the show was 86d.

According to the lawsuit, filed by her attorney Keith Fink, Dita says she should have had something called non-appearance insurance, which covers natural disasters like storms, but Momentous didn't get it for her.  And even more infuriating... Dita says the coverage is standard in the entertainment business.

So Dita wants her jack back.

George Zimmerman Plays Death Threat Card To Dodge Tint Ticket

George Zimmerman needs to keep a low profile -- behind super dark tinted windows -- because he's getting death threats ... at least that's what Zimmerman told Florida cops.

Zimmerman was pulled over last month by a Florida Highway Patrol officer who told him the tint on his truck was too dark, and his license plate was not displayed properly.

Zimmerman told the cop he needed the extra cover because he's been getting death threats. He was not more specific about the nature of the threats.

Instead of getting slapped with a ticket for the violation, Zimmerman caught a break ... again.

The officer let him go with a written warning.

Former NFL star and  ESPN analyst Hugh Douglas was arrested for the assault of a woman in Connecticut, and TMZ has the mug shot.

The alleged incident went down in a Marriott hotel in Hartford ... and the woman involved claims the former all-pro defensive end "grabbed her by the neck" and slammed her into the walls of the room several times.

Douglas - who played for the Eagles, Jets, and Jaguars during his NFL career -- was arrested on Tuesday and booked for third degree assault and second degree strangulation. He told police the alleged violence was just rough sex.

Douglas was fired from ESPN just last month for allegedly getting into a drunken confrontation with another ESPN employee.

Adam "Pacman" Jones Arrested Allegedly Ripped Cops During UI Arrest

Adam "Pacman" Jones -- aka the NFL's version of  DMX -- was arrested again, this time during a DUI stop where he wasn't even the suspect ... for once.

Jones was the passenger in a car Ohio State Patrol pulled over early Monday morning -- and he reportedly mouthed off to officers while they were conducting a field sobriety test on the woman was driving.

The Cincinnati Bengals' star cornerback was arrested for disorderly conduct and released. The driver was also arrested for OVI ... operating a vehicle impaired.

Jones has a string of legal issues -- 8 arrests since entering the league 2005 -- and could be suspended by the league or the team for this latest one.

Most recently he was caught on surveillance cameras hitting a woman outside a nightclub back in June -- and already has an Oct. 7 court date for that case.

Kanye West I was Just Defending Myself

Kanye West says he went after that photog at LAX because he feared for his safety ... and that's why he pulled out a can of whoop ass and used it.

Kanye is responding to the civil suit filed by the paparazzo who claims Kanye assaulted him on July 19th at LAX and caused him serious injury.  According to Kanye's answer to the lawsuit, filed by Shawn Holley ... he believed "his safety was in immediate danger."   And then there's this:  "[Kanye] responded to this assault by doing only those acts that were reasonably necessary for his self-defense ..."

 

In addition to the civil lawsuit, Kanye faces criminal charges that could land him in jail for a maximum of 1 year if convicted.

Justin Timberlake's Aunt Is Arrested For Stealing $64K From His Parents

Justin Timberlake's got some serious family drama back home in Tennessee -- where his aunt is currently locked up after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from his parents in a check forging scheme.

According to law enforcement, Jane Harless -- whose brother Paul married Justin's mother when the singer was 5 -- was arrested in Shelby County, TN on Friday after cops say they found evidence she forged more than 100 bad checks.


Officials believe ... 53-year-old Jane was writing checks out to her herself and forging her brother's signature -- stealing more than $64,000 from JT's mom and step-dad (pictured above) from 2011 to 2013.

Jane reportedly worked for her brother before 2011 but it's unclear what she did ... or why they parted ways.

FYI -- Paul is a minority owner of the Memphis Grizzlies ... and a partner in Justin's Mirimichi golf course.

We reached out to JT's people for comment -- so far, no word back.

Why Kanye Faces Criminal Charges And Lamar Doesn't

Kanye West is getting prosecuted for screwing with a photographer's equipment at LAX, but Lamar Odom basically did the same thing and he's not facing criminal charges ... and TMZ knows why.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... honchos in the L.A. City Attorney's Office cut Lamar a break because this is the first time he ever went on the attack against a paparazzo.  You'll recall Lamar went into a photog's car and chucked his camera equipment into the street, damaging it.  Lamar has been ordered to attend an informal hearing but will NOT face criminal charges.

Our sources say the reason they're going after Kanye is his history of attacking photographers.  Specifically, the City Attorney has zeroed in on another incident at LAX back in 2008, when he grabbed a photog's camera and threw it to the ground.  The case was filed, but later dismissed after Kanye paid for the repair.

 

We're told the City Attorney also factored in the various incidents where Kanye has lashed out at photogs ... incidents prosecutors have seen on TMZ.

It is unclear if the City Attorney will try to use prior incidents in Kanye's current criminal case to prove he has an M.O. -- i.e., ATTACK.

Mack Mane Charged With Sexual Battery

Mack Maine -- who's rapped with everyone from Lil Wayne to Rick Ross -- has been hit with two felony criminal charges in Oklahoma after cops say he sexually assaulted a female fan and then punched the woman's female friend in the face.

According to court docs, officials believe the 31-year-old rapper invited Rachel Reed and Cailey Maddox onto a tour bus on August 22, 2013 ... and while on the bus, "put his hand down Rachel's dress and grabbed her right breast" without her consent.

The docs say, "Rachel got upset and when she and Cailey tried to leave the bus, [Mack Maine] held the door shut."

"Once the door was opened, Cailey was walking down the steps but turned and looked back to call for Rachel and [Mack] punched her in the face, breaking her jaw and knocking her down."

No word on when Mack is due in court.

Baywatch Star Strikes A Peace Deal With Stalker

Former "Baywatch" star Alexandra Paul has withdrawn her restraining order against an overzealous German fan ... in a bizarrely friendly settlement.

Here's the deal Alexandra struck with her alleged stalker ... in return for 86ing the restraining order, he doesn't communicate with her in any way, shape or form, and that includes letters, faxes or any other form of electronic communication.

The two also agreed to stay 50 ft. away from each other at all times -- unless they're at the gym they both frequent in Pacific Palisades ... or the pool at a nearby rec. center.  At those 2 locations, they have to stay 15 feet apart ... so no buddy sit ups.

Here's the best part -- both say if they accidentally violate the rules ... they've agreed to immediately walk in separate directions.

Note to Alexandra ... running is permitted.

Lamar Odom Wandering The Streets at Night

 
A nocturnal Lamar Odom wandered the streets of Downtown L.A. just after midnight Monday ... returning home at 6:30 AM.

According to the photo agency that took the pictures, Odom hit up Wokano sushi restaurant shortly after midnight.  He stayed for only 5 minutes, according to the agency, and then meandered to a convenience store where he picked up a banana.

Odom returned to his downtown apartment building -- located about 1 mile from Skid Row -- then reemerged at 3:15AM, when he jumped into someone's car.

Odom returned again after 6AM ... presumably for some sleep.
