Bobbi Kristina Brown Taken Off Life Support

Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has been in the hospital since she was found unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31, will not be taken off life support this week, according to Bobby Brown's lawyer Christopher Brown.

The lawyer calls reports of such activity "false." 

The only child of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston remains at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta and is in grim condition, according to a family member. 

"There hasn't been a change in the past week," the family member said Sunday. 

Feb. 11 marked the three-year anniversary of Houston's death, as well as the day many speculated 

that Bobbi Kristina, 21, would be taken off life support. 

"The 21 year old singer's father wants to make a decision based on facts, not on what the public feels that he needs to do," a relative stated last week. 

Brown was in a car crash days before being found unresponsive by boyfriend Nick Gordon and friend Max Lomas. 

She lost control while driving her Jeep and collided with another vehicle on Jan. 27, injuring two people. 

The Roswell Police Department in Georgia confirmed on Feb. 11 that the case involving Brown's 

bathtub incident is a criminal investigation. 

"The incident has always been under criminal investigation," the police said in a press release. "Criminal investigations may or may not result in criminal charges being brought against individuals." 

As the investigation continues, family members maintain hope, with Bobby Brown and grandmother Cissy Houston holding a constant vigil by Bobbi Kristina's bedside. 

"It's so confusing," the family member said of Bobbi Kristina's condition. "[But] everyone is still praying for her. That's what matters."

Spice Up Your Life With Change

 Hello my beauties I hope you had a wonderful couple of week as I have. Its the beginning of a new season, to leaves are falling and it's time for a change. Something new to give you a fresh and  renewed look on life. Someone once told me that the only thing that is consistent in life is change. With change comes new fears of the unknown but with change also comes new experiences. This is literally a new season and what's better for a new season than I new look. Maybe you want to do something from your pass, a ponytail or if you usually wear your hair up all the time try wearing it down. This works well if you want a subtle change, nothing too permanent. Or maybe you want to add something to your look like maybe braids for easy maintenance. Whatever floats your boat as they say. Small changes like these or a drastic change depending on your personality can be a lot of fun. You can also try getting opinions of close friends or your stylist of what they would like to see on you. We often put ourselves in a box of what looks good on us, what doesn't look good on you, what your best features are or what features need to be downplayed. Sometimes we're right and sometimes we're wrong but getting help from others gives you more options. It's like having a new set of eyes to see yourself through and it maybe something totally different from what you feel you should look like. Perhaps you should try a new color hair. If you want to be settle you could do some streaks that compliment your natural hair color or if you want to be bold you could do a permanent color change to your entire head. There are many options out there to give you a little spice but what's most important is that you love it. Remember my beauties love yourselves like no one else can and you'll find what works for you. Have a wonderful day.

Jermaine Jackson Pay Child Support or Go Directly To Jail

Jermaine Jackson could be playing to 5,000 people soon ... the inmates at a L.A. County Jail ... a place he may be calling home soon if he doesn't ante up back child support.

Jermaine is falling farther and farther behind .... he's required to pay baby mama Alejandra Jackson $3K a month for 13-year-old Jermajesty and 17-year-old Jaafar … but the mailbox has been empty for months.

Court docs say he owes $12K in back payments … And of that he’s only coughed up a measly 85 bucks.

The L.A. County Child Support Services Dept. has filed papers asking a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt ... which could put him behind bars for 20 days.

BTW, this isn’t the first time Jermaine has slacked off.  He belatedly paid $80,000 back in March 2011 … and anted up another $33K in back support this past May.  He's also had his wages garnished.

If the current case goes before a judge, Jermaine is gonna have a hard time explaining how he dropped $160K last month for a Ferrari.

Pauly D's First Baby Pic: MY Kid's Already Fist Pumping

Meet the new princess of Jersey ... Pauly D's 5-month-old baby girl, Amabella.

Pauly D hooked up with a chick he met in Vegas in the Fall, 2012 ... and this is what happened.

Pauly has already taken a DNA test which pretty much conclusively proved he's the daddy ... so Maury, stand down.

As for the name ... Amabella means lovable in French.

She was born on May 15 and, based on the pic obtained by TMZ, already needs a haircut ... just like her daddy.

Pauly D and Baby Mama Custody War: They Hate Each Other

Pauly D and his baby mama are at war, TMZ has learned ... and there's a big fight over custody and cash.

Sources connected to the baby mama and baby daddy tell TMZ ... Pauly doesn't think the woman is a fit mother -- he points to the fact that she once worked at Hooters.  He's also concerned because the woman, who's only 25 years old, has another kid.

Pauly and the woman, who goes by Amanda, have filed dueling court docs.  We're told Pauly wants some sort of custody of his daughter -- but the level of custody is unclear.  Sources say Pauly has not seen the child, who was born in May, but obviously he's looking to change that. 

We're also told the baby mama is demanding child support ... and even though Pauly says he's ready and willing to step up and take care of the kid financially ... he feels like she's treating the kid like a winning lottery ticket.  Exhibit A ... the woman recently posed the baby in a high chair that's covered in $100 bills.

As for how they hooked up, we're told it was one drunken night in Vegas ... but the kid isn't bringing them any closer. In fact, one source tells us they straight up hate each other.

Halle Berry Gives Birth The Heat's On Gabriel, Oliver

Halle Berry gave birth to a baby boy Saturday ... and now the pressure is on all of the adults to make sure there are no more Thanksgiving Day bloodbaths.

Halle delivered the baby where many celebs do ..  Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. 

So here's the rub.  The new baby daddy is Halle's new hubby, Olivier Martinez.  But there's a second baby daddy in the pic -- Gabriel Aubry, father of 5-year-old Nahla. 

Nahla spends most of her time with Halle and Olivier, but Gabriel is an involved, good parent -- with a temper.  Olivier also has a temper, and deadly hands. 

The baby and Nahla are going to bond, and it's going to be more difficult now for Nahla to "disappear" when she's with Gabriel. 

The question -- are the adults going to behave.

Sons Of Anarchy Star Fathered Love Child Before Going On Murderous Rampage

"Sons of Anarchy" actor Johnny Lewis believed he may have knocked up an actress who appeared on the show a few years before going on a murderous rampage in 2012 ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

Lewis died last September ... after snapping at the Los Feliz home where he had been living -- killing 81-year-old Catherine Davis and dismembering her cat, before falling off the roof of the home and plummeting to his death.

Now, Lewis' family has filed court docs in L.A. County Superior Court in an effort to divide the actor's estate -- which is valued at $41,000 ... kinda low for someone who played a major character on the show for a full 2 seasons.

According to the docs, 28-year-old Lewis did not have a will at the time of his death -- and Johnny's father believes he and his wife should be the sole beneficiaries of the estate.

However, under a section of the court docs which lists possible beneficiaries ... Lewis' father lists Diane Marshall-Green ... an actress who appeared on an episode of "Sons."

Lewis also lists Diane's 3-year-old daughter.


And why? According to Lewis' attorney ... before Johnny died, he believed he may have been the father of Diane's kid ... and even went so far as to seek visitation rights.

But for some reason ... we're told Johnny's dad believes his kid was wrong and he was NOT the father of Diane's daughter.

If the kid turns out to be Johnny's, the child would be entitled to the entirety of Johnny's estate.

We reached out to Diane for comment -- so far, no word back.

Britany Spears I Won't Make My Kid Dance On Stage

Apparently Britney Spears heard Kevin Federline's threat loud and clear ... because she's backed off her comment that Sean Preston will join her on stage for her Vegas concert series.

Britney said in an interview during her big announcement last month ... "Preston will probably be on stage but I think Jayden would have a hard time with it."


The next day we got video of K-Fed ... and he made it clear, his 8-year-old would NOT be performing with Britney.

Britney's rep tells TMZ ... she was "joking" when she said Sean Preston would join her on stage.  Frankly, it didn't sound like a joke.  What's more, there's history ... the kid occasionally came out and danced on stage during her Femme Fatale tour.



In fact, during Britney's Circus tour back in 2009 ... K-Fed had beef with Brit over taking the kids on the road, but he settled it after getting $5k a week, as well as, all-expenses paid when he joined them on the road.

So who knows ... maybe K-Fed will have a change of heart if ... well, the price is right.  But for now, Sean Preston is off the marquis.

Camille Grammer Deserates BF's Baby Mama In Illegal Recording Lawsuit

If Camille Grammer promises to desecrate you, she will desecrate you ... at least that's the lesson her boyfriend's bitter ex just learned in court.

You'll recall, Camille filed a lawsuit against Lisa Chynoweth last year, claiming her boyfriend's ex and baby mama illegally recorded a phone call in which Camille threatened to "desecrate" the woman and her family.

Camille claimed Lisa baited her into making the angry threats, and illegally recorded the conversation without her consent. Lisa then used the recording as ammo in her custody battle with Camille's BF Dimitri Charalambopoulos, making Camille look like a crazy, vindictive person.

Among the threats, Camille said, "I will desecrate you ... I have lawyers that are beyond what you can imagine and they will pull stuff on you and you will be so mortified about your life and your family and what you have done."

The phone call was played during a deposition for Dimitri and Lisa's custody war, and a recording surfaced on YouTube soon after. Camille blamed Lisa for recording and then leaking it.

Camille just won the lawsuit, and she won without a fight, because Lisa never filed an answer to the complaint ... so the judge just issued a default judgment.

Lisa has been ordered never to release the recording in question ever again, as well as NEVER to record Camille without her permission. Period.

Kate Gosselin Worried About He Kids Safety

The gunshot Jon Gosselin fired was more than a warning to a pesky paparazzo -- it was a wake-up call for Jon's ex-wife, Kate Gosselin ... who admits to TMZ she's worried about her children's safety.

Kate dropped a strong hint about taking legal action against Jon when we asked her about the gun incident outside Jon's cabin in the Pennsylvania woods.

Kate's 8 kids spend most of their time with her, but also visit with Jon.

But based on Kate's reply to our camera guy in NYC today -- "I'm doing what it takes to keep them safe" -- she's got something cooking ... perhaps with an attorney.

Consider yourself warned, Jon.

Luis Miguel Screw up In Child Support Case

Note to process server:  All Mexicans don't look alike.

Luis Miguel was about to perform at a concert in Bakersfield, CA, when a process server was locked and loaded to serve him with papers in a child support case.  Luis was in a limo when another dude got out and the server lunged.

The video is terrible, but you can hear the dude say he's not Luis.  His name is Daniel.

Problem is ... the surprise was spoiled and the process server was ordered to leave ... but before his exit he planted the papers on the windshield of the limo.

Luis' ex, Telenovela star Aracely Arambula, has been after the singer for not paying child support for their 2 kids.

It seems Luis is not too keen on the justice system running its course, because he's making it hard for confused process servers.

FYI ... under California law ... service on a windshield is valid if the subject is inside the vehicle and the process server announces what he's doing in a clear, loud voice.  We don't hear the process server say anything, so service is dicey.

Michael Douglas' Ex Wife Says I Stand By My Husband Let Me See My Son

Michael Douglas and his ex-wife -- who once battled bitterly -- are in lockstep over what they call the barbaric treatment of their imprisoned son ...

Diandra De Morrell Douglas says ... their son Cameron has been treated like an animal while in solitary confinement at the Cumberland Federal Prison in Maryland.  He's serving 10 years for heroin possession and conspiracy to distribute narcotics.  Cameron failed a drug test in prison and was placed in solitary until recently.

As you know ... Michael talked about Cameron after winning an Emmy for "Behind the Candelabra," saying he wants to visit his son badly but isn't allowed.

Diandra tells us when Cameron got out of solitary he couldn't walk in the daylight, because his skin would burn because it couldn't adapt after living in an underground hole for so long.  His hair is also falling out.

Diandra says even though Cameron is out of solitary, part of his punishment is no visitors.

We called prison officials ... they were very abrupt with us, and said everything's confidential.

Matt Leinart's Baby Mama Blake Griffin's My New Baby Daddy

Former USC basketball star Brynn Cameron has an eye for athletic sperm.  You may recall she had a baby with NFL QB Matt Leinart.  Well guess whose baby she just had ... that would be Clippers superstar Blake Griffin!

We've learned ... Brynn and Blake are now the proud parents of Ford Wilson Cameron-Griffin, who was born August 1st.  The birth certificate lists Brynn as the mother and Blake Austin Griffin as the daddy.

As for the child she had with her baby daddy Matt, 6-year-old Cole lives primarily with her and we're told she's getting a boatload of child support -- we know she was getting $15k a month.

Brynn and Blake were dating, and apparently it went well for a while -- or for at least one night.  And, we just found out ... Brynn and Blake are NO LONGER TOGETHER.

Let's just say ... in the baby daddy sweepstakes, Brynn is a Hall of Famer.



3:40PM PT -- We just ran into Leinart and gave him the ole Seinfeld ... "Have you seen the baby?" His response was far from "Mazel Tov!" -- but that might have something to do with the fact he had 2 kids with him -- one of them possibly his son with Brynn.

Melissa Ethridge Wins Battle to Take Kids on Tour

Melissa Etheridge's twins are free to hang with as many breast-baring, weed-smoking groupies as their 6-year-old hearts desire -- a judge just gave Melissa the thumbs-up to take her kids on tour ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Melissa's ex, Tammy Lynn Michaels tried to block the children from going on the road by filing an emergency request to modify their child visitation agreement back in July.

Tammy Lynn's main concerns: 1. Melissa's female fans whipping out their boobs to throw bras on stage ... 2. marijuana smoke backstage and on tour buses ... and 3. the kids getting vaccinations.

Well, the judge must have a rock and roll heart -- or just didn't buy Tammy Lynn's argument -- because the request was denied on Aug. 30.

However, now that the kids are cleared for the road ... Melissa only has 7 U.S. tour dates left.

Well, remember kids ... it's quality of boobs time, not the quantity.

Tyrese Tells Ex-Wife I'm A Damn Good Dad!!!

When Tyrese Gibson's daughter Shayla turned 5, he threw her a massive 300-PERSON birthday party ... complete with countless expensive gifts.
Tyrese revealed the insane party details in new court docs, and he used them as ammunition against his ex-wife's bid to increase his child support payments.

Tyrese's ex Norma Gibson claims he's an absentee dad and she deserves more support because he consistently blows off daddy duties -- but he says the birthday bash proves otherwise.

In addition to the party -- at which Shayla received roughly 200 gifts -- Tyrese says he pays for Shayla's private school and her nanny, he regularly buys her new clothes, shoes, and around the holidays ... he spends "thousands" to play Santa.

Ultimately, a judge saw things Tyrese's way -- Norma's child support increase was denied last week.

Suri Cruise Breaks Her Arm

Attention citizens of Earth -- the adorable Suri Cruise has broken her arm ... so, altogether now ... Awwwwwww!

Tom Cruise's 7-year-old spawn snapped her limb recently -- proving she's much more like your average everyday 7-year-old than previously suspected.

Suri's mom Katie Holmes confirmed the injury to People magazine. She did not reveal any further details about how it happened, but you know Suri will have a seriously baller cast.

Alec Baldwin Street Fight With Photographer

10:00 AM PT -- A rep for the NYPD tells us ... cops have spoken with both the photog and Alec who each admit pushing and shoving each other.

We're told both parties ultimately decided to walk away from the situation without pursuing charges.

So ... case closed.


Alec Baldwin has struck again ... allegedly ... grabbing a photog on the streets of New York in front of several witnesses ... and now the NYPD is involved.

Sources connected with Baldwin say... the photog was the aggressor.


The photog says he did nothing to provoke Alec saying, "All I can say is I was doing my job asking him normal questions and he flipped. That's all."

The photog says he called police ... and cops responded to the scene.


A friend of Alec says ... Alec was with his wife Hilaria during the incident ... and Hilaria, in an effort to avoid the pap, ducked into a nearby tea store.  Alec also called police.

The friend says, "What kind of sick twisted psychopath chases a woman who just got out of the hospital from having a baby into a tea store?"

Hilaria just gave birth to the couple's daughter on August 23.

Kanye West Reveals The First Pic of North "Nori" West

A full Face pic of baby North "Nori" West has finally hit the net and fans are adoring this cute little girl. I must admit I was a little worried when I heard Kim Kardashian was having a baby with Kanye West... I'm just saying. He's not the hottest muffin in the batch but he and Kim K. made a beautiful baby.
While on Kris Jenner's talk show, Kanye revealed the very first photograph of his new daughter.  Kris Jenner thinks North has Kim’s eyes, Kanye’s cheeks and a both of their lips.

LHHATL's Rasheeda and Kirk Frost Deliver Baby Karter

Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star Rasheeda Frost instagrammed throughout the delivery process of her son Karter, culminating moments with a colorful graphic that read, “Karter is here and so handsome. I’m so in love. #blessed”
Earlier in the day Rasheeda’s husband Kirk Frost (seen in the picture above with pregnant Rasheeda during her baby shower on August 11) posted this next photo of Rasheeda in a gown at the hospital on instagram:

That was followed one minute later by Rasheeda posting this photo announcing “It’s time!!!!!!!!!!”

Rasheeda then posted the hospital gown photo and wrote, “I’m so ready to see Karter!!!!”
Rasheeda’s gal pal (and star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta) Kandi Burruss also reposted the hospital gown photo and she added, “Finally!!!!! I can’t wait to see this little guy! Feels like @rasheedadabosschick has been pregnant forever…Lol!” Kandi then wrote on Facebook, “Wanna take a moment to just Congratulate our girl Rasheeda and Kirk on their new baby, Karter – Blessings to them!! Can’t wait to see the lil guy. Hope my fb fam is have a great week! XO”
Lil Scrappy Merlo was also tweeting his excitement throughout the labor and after Karter was born.

So far there are still no photos of little Karter, but stay tuned. Congratulations again to Rasheeda and Kirk! (I hope Phaedra was there with a belly band.)
