Breaking News: Shots Fired Near U.S. Capitol

Multiple reports of shots fired has been reported from the area of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. According to sources an attempt to ram a gate at the White House has ended with a Police chase and shots fired. Capitol Police issued a lock down order to those inside the Capitol building. According to Law enforcement at least one person has been injured, however the identity of that person has not been revealed.

Many believe this may be the result of the recent Government shutdown. Protesters and angry employees have continuously voiced their disgust with congress' decision to allow Federal employees to experience a financially uncertain furlough.

It was reported that the suspect is a female but further details have not been released.

President Obama Yells After Bad Golf Shot

The President of the United States just got a scolding ... from the President of the United States -- after he botched a golf shot ... and TMZ has the footage.

The video was taken on August 17 when Barack Obama was playing a round at the Vineyard Golf Club on Martha's Vineyard.

After B.O. sliced his shot, you can hear him yell something that sounds like, "C'MON BARACK ... not THAT far left."

He immediately assumed his golfing position and tried to recreate his swing in what appears to be an effort to diagnose the problem.

The footage was shot a considerable distance away from Barack and his 4-some ... probably due to the scary guys with earpieces and guns.

President Barack Obama Leaves a Mega Tip

The leader of the free world President Barack Obama has done something only great men do ... he tipped his server ON TOP of already added gratuity. He DOUBLE TIPPED!

Obama stopped for lunch in Rochester, NY Thursday at a little deli called Magnolia's. It was widely reported that the Prez ate a grilled cheese and some cream of tomato soup. Big stuff.

But what you didn't know ... Obama not only bought lunch for his secret service men (the ones who checked the place for WMD's before hand) ... he also double tipped his waiter, like a champ.

TMZ obtained a copy of the receipt ... his total bill for 9 people was $89.84. The restaurant added a 20% tip for the large party -- $16.64 -- but Obama felt more needed to be done. He gave an additional $30.

In total, B.O. left a 52% tip.
