Monica Reveals She and Hubby Shannon Brown are Expecting

R&B sensation Monica and her husband Shannon Brown of the Phoenix Suns are having a baby. That's right after just two years of marriage the couple is expanding the nest.
Monica performed at a concert in Chattanooga, Tennessee but before taking the stage she took to her Twitter account to share the great news via a few pictures.

 Shannon- the proud Poppa also took to his Twitter account to show his support and joy.

Monica is the former wife of rapper Rocko who stated the relationship failure was due to the two simply growing apart. He also added that he has the up most respect for Monica and her husband whom he dubbed as a cool cat. Together they have two sons, Rodney Jr., and Romelo.

Monica and Shannon were married in a private ceremony in November 2010. After the ceremony the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed Fatburgers grilled under a tent.

The couple are expecting their new addition in September. Congratulations to the proud parents and also to the soon to be big brothers!!!
