It seems that Chanita Foster is under rated and under estimated when it comes to bringing the city of Atlanta out. The Detroit native, was at fire marshal numbers last night for her charity event “Karaoke For a Cause” for her foundation Beyond the Game.
The night was hosted by Atlanta’s Love and Hip star Mimi Faust. She wasn’t alone arriving with cast mates Erica (check for spelling of last name) and Arianna (check spelling). The event reached capacity early forcing the well know Wet Willies to open up the up stairs of the venue for overflow. People arrived carrying backpacks and wash clothes to be given to a orphan in Swaziland, Africa.
Other celebrities that showed up to support were Kandi Burruss (Housewives of Atlanta), her fiancée Todd, Derek J (Fashion Queens), Jazzy Pha, Jevon Sims (Bravo-The New Atlanta), R&B singer RL, D Woods, DJ A1, NBA Wives Christian Ratliff and Dominique Leonard, radio host Toni Griffin, Stacii Jae (Black Girls Radio), NFL Veteran George Foster and many more. The ever so popular Eboni Electra of the 3 Brown Girl kept the crowd excited all night to give with the BTG Girls Gloria Hankerson, Pennae Lewis, Tree Cunningham, Lena Chenier, Brandi Hunter, Princess.
The night was a success with owner NFL Veteran Carlos Emmons making a late appearance behind the bar. Learn more about Beyond The Game at www.beyondthegame.org
It was a great evening.
