All Jack Osbourne needs is Julie Chen and he could shoot "Big Brother" right in his new mansion -- 'cause the place is loaded with more than a DOZEN high-res cameras ... 

We know ... Jack just dropped $3.2 mil on a 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home in Studio City, CA -- just a few miles from the REAL "Big Brother" house on the CBS lot. 

Sources say he was looking for a family-friendly neighborhood to raise his 2-year-old daughter Pearl -- and fell in love with the Cape Cod-style home in the Valley.

The bonus is all the high-tech surveillance located all-around the house ... which Jack could probably use considering he's had an issue with a violent unwanted intruder in the past -- his ex-GF who once keyed the living crap out of his Maserati. 

Don't worry -- he's got a Tesla now ... and you gotta be a real a-hole to key a Tesla.

Former "Scandal" star Columbus Short is being sued by a man who claims he was humiliated by getting sucker punched by the actor.

Felton Hyche III claims in a new lawsuit ... he was at an engagement party at a West L.A.sports bar in March when he and Columbus started arguing.  As we reported, the beef erupted when Hyche said, "You might be richer than me but I get my girls to buy me everything I want, including your wife."

Hyche claims in his suit ... Columbus sucker punched him, breaking his cheek and orbital bones and sending him to the hospital.

But adding insult to injury, Hyche says he has to "endure ridicule from strangers as the man who was knocked out by Columbus Short."

He's pissed at TMZ -- although he does refer to it as "popular" -- for displaying his "lifeless and beaten face" to the world.

If you want to hear what it sounds like when a friend realizes his buddy cut off his penis ... you've come to the right place.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call from an incident in April, when rapper Christ Bearer -- affiliated with the Wu-Tang Clan -- jumped off his apartment balcony after cutting off his junk.

Christ Bearer's friend told the dispatcher he didn't see the cutting but did see the rapper jump.  The friend initially tells the dispatcher the rapper might be dead, but then you hear Christ Bearer scream bloody murder.

Then it gets crazy ... the friend says Christ Bearer ran upstairs to the apartment and tried to get in, and that's when he noticed the carnage.

You gotta listen ... it's unbelievable.

Jeremy Meeks first foray into celebrity ain't going so well ... his new manager is already getting death threats ... apparently from gang members.

Meeks' family hooked the convicted felon up with some representation this week -- hoping to capitalize on his new-found fame -- but things quickly went south.

We're told his manager received around 30 harassing phone calls from "gangster-sounding people" ... and one person repeatedly threatened to blow her head off -- saying she deserved to die.

As we previously reported, cops say Jeremy was a member of the Northside Crips gang.

The manager filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept.

"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Bambi Johnson adamantly denies putting a hit out on castmate Erica Pinkett -- but says she is related to the attacker.

Bambi says the woman -- Stephanie Harp -- who's accused of slicing Pinkett with a razor blade during a nightclub brawl earlier this month is her sister ... Johnson says Erica started the fight.

Bambi claims her sister says Erica threw a drink first -- triggering the fight inside Atlanta's Taboo nightclub. Bambi also claims her sister did not have a razor blade ... adding reports claiming the scene was bloody are false.

As we previously posted  ... Erica says Bambi ordered the attackbecause the two have had arguments over Johnson's boyfriend Lil Scrappy.

Scrappy and Bambi say that's preposterous.

Rick Ross was arrested in North Carolina last night ... all because cops say he BLEW OFF a court date stemming from a weed arrest in town last year. 

The Boss was taken into custody by the Greensboro Police Department late Friday night ... right after his performance at SuperJam 2014 at the Greensboro Coliseum.

Officials say there had been a warrant out for Ross -- because he never showed up to court to deal with a marijuana arrest in Greensboro back in 2013 ... so, when he came back to N.C., cops pounced.

We're told Ross was cooperative with police -- and has since been released from custody after posting bail.

Weed -- maybe it really does affect memory??
