Michael Jackson's Family's Wrongful Death Trial

Michael Jackson's family's wrongful death trial begins today and his out of control addiction to prescription drugs will be no doubt be showcased.

Katherine Jackson and Michael's three children are suing AEG Live. Their claiming AEG negligently hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray who subsequently killed Michael with a massive overdose of Propofol.
TMZ broke numerous stories after MJ's death ... revealing how Jackson had at least 19 aliases to score Rx drugs from various doctors.  It was well known in L.A. and Beverly Hills medical circles that MJ would doctor shop to find professionals who would open their surgery centers to give him Propofol.  The doctors -- and dentists -- would justify the drug by saying they needed to put him under for minor procedures, such as acne removal.

They also reported in one case ... a famed doctor used a gynecologist's office -- run by a doc who specialized in vaginal rejuvenation -- to perform a minor acne treatment under full anesthesia.

The Jackson family will argue AEG Live were responsible for monitoring Murray's actions.  The company will argue Jackson sought out Murray and that Murray administered Propofol long before he was hired for the "This Is It" tour.

AEG allegedly has several  doctors on its witness list and they're claiming Jackson's addiction was out of control before Dr. Murray.

The Jackson family is asking for over $40 BILLION in damages.

  1. I guess it wasn't a wrongful death after all. I don't have enough knowledge in such a legal issue but looking at his lifestyle, I guess it's a fate that he chose to have.
